ADRAN NEWID BABANOD / BABY CHANGING AREA
Baby changing facilities are provided in the toilet blocks adjacent to the Goat Ring, Main Ring Underpass, Montgomery Pavilion, South Glamorgan Exhibition Hall, Horse Ring (in car park) and HSBC Bank.

ADRAN BWYDO A NEWID BABANOD / BABY FEEDING & CHANGING AREA
A baby feeding and changing area will be available and manned by Society Stewards and situated in the British Charolais Cattle Society Pavilion, situated on Avenue CAT.  The service will be available from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.

TREFNIADAU BIO-DIOGELWCH / BIO SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS
The Society has adopted Welsh Government’s motto of ‘be seen to be clean’ and asks that the public and exhibitors alike give their full co-operation. Please ensure that your footwear is visibly clean on entry to and exit from the livestock areas. The public are requested to wash their hands if they touch any animals. Disinfectant soap and hot water is available in all toilets.

BYSIAU / BUSES
A free of charge bus will transport you from the Builth Road train station during the event opening times. A regular bus service also operates between Newtown and Cardiff. Further information can be sought from www.trawscymru.info/t4

MAES PARCIO / CAR PARKING
Free parking will be in designated areas on the showground.

MEYSYDD CARAFANAU A PHEBYLL / CARAVAN AND TENT PARKS
The public caravan and tent park will be located on the lower showground.  Open from 12.00 noon Friday, 20 May until 12.00 noon Monday 23 May 2016.  Sites can be booked on arrival at the event and cost £50.00.
The trade caravan park will be located on the lower showground.  Open from Wednesday, 18 May until 12.00 noon Monday, 23 May 2016.  Sites can be booked before arrival at the event.

PWYNT ARIAN / CASH POINT
The Society has organised a cash point facility situated opposite the Montgomery Pavilion.  Please note – a charge will be made per transaction by the service provider.

The Society very much hopes that the catering arrangements will help to make your time at the Festival a pleasurable one.

Tables and chairs will be provided to enjoy the refreshments on the balcony which overlooks the flower stands below. In the event of fine weather the newly installed shutters will be opened and visitors will be able to enjoy a view of the children’s activities in the sheep ring.

The resident team will be open for business for breakfast, lunch and supper with a fully licensed bar from lunchtime on Friday. All are welcome to use the restaurant and lounge bar during the event. It has recently been refurbished and offers twenty en-suite bedrooms, an oak ceilinged bar/lounge and restaurant areas.

MAN BWYD A DIOD / FOOD AND DRINK QUARTER
The above will be staged in the Food Hall, Drinks Wales (Clwyd Glamorgan) Hall and external street food area. There will be live entertainment in the Drinks Wales Hall in the afternoon between 2pm and 5pm. A Food & Music Festival will be staged on Saturday between 5pm and 8pm.

There will also be a selection of various fast food outlets available on site.

Car Parking
A limited forward area will be reserved in car parks situated on the lower showground.
Only those vehicles displaying the Blue Badge - Social Services car sticker will be given priority.  If a pass is not displayed then the Society will park visitors in the first available car park.  Event Mobility will also have a stand on the lower showground car park for those wishing to hire mobility scooters. Toilets  
Toilets for the disabled are provided within the main toilet blocks by the Pig & Goat Ring, the Montgomery Pavilion, the Clwyd Glamorgan Hall, within the South Glamorgan Exhibition Hall, Neuadd Henllan and the Horse Ring.

CŴN / DOGS
Dogs are welcome at the event and must be kept on a lead the whole time and are restricted from entering the buildings especially containing poultry, livestock and catering. Please do not leave dogs in cars.

CANOLFAN CYMORTH CYNTAF / FIRST-AID CENTRE
First Aid treatment is available at the First Aid Centre, situated in the Sheep Ring Control Tower and will be operated by A4 MTS and open from 12 noon on Friday 20 May.
A limited overnight cover is provided by the first aid team.  Tel No: 01982 554407 from 6.00 pm Friday 20 May to 6.00 pm Sunday 22 May.

DECHRAU I FYNY / GETTING STARTED
If you require any advice about getting started in smallholding, Society Stewards will be available to offer you assistance at the help desk in the Smallholder Centre or guide you to experts on site.

PLANT AR GOLL / LOST CHILDREN
Lost children should be reported to the Main Office.  Any lost child should be accompanied by two adults, if possible, and taken to the Main Office or a Society Official.

EIDDO COLL /  LOST PROPERTY  
The Society accepts no responsibility for articles lost or stolen.  Reports may be made to the Main Office.

A free map and timetable will be available at various outlets on site and from the Society’s merchandise shop under the grandstand and the Society’s main office.

WASG / PRESS
If you are interested in attending the event as a bone fide member of the press you may apply to Katie Williams, RWAS Marketing and Communications Officer for a pass. A private room with refreshments are provided for you at the event.

SYSTEM SAIN / PUBLIC ADDRESS
The amplifier system is installed for the relaying of official announcements; however, the Society will make other announcements if it is felt to be absolutely necessary.

AILGYLCHU / RECYCLING
There will be a number of recycling stations at various locations on the showground.  Please ensure you put the correct waste in the correct bin.  There will be recycling wardens about, so if you need help just ask!

YSMYGU /SMOKING
Smoking will not be allowed in ‘enclosed’ or ‘substantially enclosed’ public places.

CATALOGAU ADRANNOL / SECTION CATALOGUES
Section catalogues will be sold during the event. Lists of exhibitors within the various sections i.e. premier open dog show, poultry, vintage, horses may be available and purchased from the sections on site.  The Livestock Catalogue will be on sale on Friday between 2 - 7.30pm and Saturday 7-8.30am.

Toilets are situated as follows: -
Near to Entrance A, Main Ring Underpass, Between Avenue D & C, Near the Cattle Ring, Near the Pig & Goat Ring, Craft/Shopping (Montgomery) Pavilion, Smallholder Centre (South Glamorgan Exhibition Hall), rear of HSBC Bank, Near Horse Ring (outside perimeter fence), Horse Hill, Hafod a Hendre and the Clwyd Glamorgan Hall.

For those wishing ‘to green’ their experience and travel by train to this year’s Festival there will be a minibus passenger collection service from Builth Road Rail Station meeting the following Heart of Wales Line trains:

A 16 seater mini bus will meet the train as above to transport visitors to the event. The provision will be arranged by Llanwrtyd Wells Community Transport. The drop off and pick up point will be next to the Machinery Entrance toilet block between Avenues C and D. Passengers wishing to be picked up on the showground must be at the designated area 20 minutes prior to the train departure times.

YSTAFELL TLYSAU / TROPHY ROOM
The RWAS Trophy Room will be open from 10.00 am - 4.00 pm each day.  The room houses 125 of the Society’s trophies which no longer leave the showground.   Please come and view this wonderful display.

WIFI
Free public wifi will be available in the following buildings Smallholder Centre (South Glamorgan Exhibition Hall), the Food & Drink Quarter (Food Hall), Drinks Wales (Clwyd Glamorgan) Hall and Gardening Hall (Exhibition Hall 1).
