Spring Festival Farmers’ Market

Last years Farmers Market at the Royal Welsh Spring Festival saw a wide variety of stands promoting the very best of Welsh produce
The ever popular Farmers’ Market will once again be returning to this years Royal Welsh Spring Festival on 17-18 May in Llanelwedd, Builth Wells.
Dedicated to promoting the very best of British and Welsh produce, the Farmers’ Market in the Clwyd Glamorgan Hall is the place to visit for all your culinary desires. Whether you are looking for a quick snack, some special ingredients to take home or a unique gift, you won’t be disappointed.
Organised and run by the Farmers' Markets in Wales, the focus of the Farmers' Market will be on artisan produce from small independent producers, many of whom bring products directly from their farms. Although the Royal Welsh Spring Festival is a national event, the food producers are predominantly from Wales and the border counties.
In previous years the market has featured a wide variety of meats, exquisite cheeses, wines, ciders, liqueurs, cakes, ice-creams, breads, jams, chutneys, preserves, rural crafts, homemade gifts, the list goes on…
If you bake, pickle, rear, grow, catch or make and would like to showcase your produce within the Farmers’ Market at this years Royal Welsh Spring Festival, there is still time to apply for one of the few remaining stands.
“This is the ideal opportunity for small scale artisan producers to promote their business at a national level.” says Stephen Shearman from Farmers’ Markets in Wales. “The Farmers’ Market has proven to be a great hit with visitors to the festival in previous years, and is set to pull in the crowds again this year.”
