Whether you’re entertaining clients, celebrating a special occasion with friends and family or simply wishing to spend a day at the show in style, we have the perfect hospitality package for you.

Sponsored by Brewin Dolphin, our VIP Lolfa 1904 Lounge is situated next to the main ring and offers an oasis of comfort and tranquillity at the heart of the prestigious Royal Welsh Show, and is an idyllic base for your use during the course of the day.

Along with free WiFi, complimentary cloakroom, comfy seating, TV screens showing footage of the show (so you don’t miss a thing) and exclusive use of the café and fully licenced bar to purchase additional refreshments, the Lolfa 1904 Lounge offers the perfect place to rest your tired feet and enjoy some delicious food and drink in style.

Choose from a full day hospitality package, which includes morning refreshments, pre-lunch drinks, a four-course lunch, afternoon tea and use of the Lolfa 1904 Lounge facilities all day. Or you could opt for the indulgent Ring Side Afternoon Tea, which will give you use of all the facilities from 4pm and enjoy the views of the main ring whilst sipping your glass of chilled prosecco and tucking into a delicious afternoon tea.

We all love a day out at the show, and we know one of the main reasons you all enjoy returning year after year is because you get to meet up with friends and build great relationships… so why not do it in style this year?
