The past month has been filled with success for our Welsh shearing team.
Back on the 16 May, Gareth Daniel and Richard Jones were joined by Ian Jones to successfully defend Wales’ Six Nation’s machine shearing title at the Balmoral Show, Northern Ireland. Wales won the event when it was first held in 1963, and has now won 13 times, including three in the last four years.Read more

Against the odds, two Welsh shearers wiped out the more favoured New Zealanders to win Wales’ first two titles at the famed Golden Shears International Shearing and Woolhandling Championships in New Zealand for 23 years.Read more
